We've been doing remote services for years. Until COVID-19, though, most of our clients preferred that we come to the house. Now we're doing everything we can to give you more choices when it comes to your service or sales consultation.
Remote 2nd Opinion
Have you already had someone out to your house and you'd just like a second opinion? We can do that! Just send us the details of the other diagnosis or proposal, and we'll give you our opinion. Given we're doing this remotely, we'll tell you either:
Of course, if you'd like us to come out and take a look, we can do that, too. Second opinion sessions include up to 15 minutes of diagnostic time. Homeowner must submit written estimate, proposal, or invoice from other provider prior to the session. |
Remote Diagnostics
If you have a problem, you can call us to book a remote diagnostic session of up to 30 minutes. If we can't resolve the problem in 30 minutes, it's probably going to require a visit anyway. But after troubleshooting on the phone, you can decide with your technician whether you want to make that appointment. f you're a Priority Service Plan customer, we already waive your trip charges, and we include up to 30 minutes of diagnostic time on any service call. The same goes for remote services - they're in your plan! Included in Priority Service Plans. $49 one time fee for non-members. |

If you're interested in a new HVAC system, water heater, or generator, we can give you a proposal without having to come out. Now we'll need you to do some walking around with your phone, but don't worry--you can handle it! We'll send you information ahead of time to tell you what we'll be looking for, and we'll schedule an appointment with a trusted technician.

This year some customers have reservations about us coming out to perform preventive maintenance. That's understandable. However, we still want to do what we can to make sure your air conditioning will run when it's needed.
Obviously, in a remote call, we can't have you do everything a tech would do. But we can inspect a few things, do a little maintenance, and make sure you don't already have a major failure waiting to happen.
So if you'd like to do a mini preventive maintenance with the step-by-step, live assistance of our trusted technicians, we can do that!
