To Our Valued Customers, We are facing a truly unique time as the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve. All of our families, businesses, and communities have been impacted and our hearts go out to anybody affected directly or indirectly by the virus. We want to update you on how we are approaching the situation at Parrish Services.
We are focused on the safety of our customers, employees, families, and our communities and are monitoring the situation closely. We are taking steps to ensure we are meeting your needs as your service provider. Our office staff is working remotely so your ability to reach us via phone, email, or chat has not changed. We are open our normal business hours, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and we have emergency service available after hours.
We have had many of our clients asking similar questions regarding how our daily operations may be changing and we would like to address those with this communication.
Are your technicians taking necessary steps to keep them, and me, safe? Like you, we're all following the latest updates about how to stay safe and doing what we can to help slow the spread of this virus. Our technicians are wearing their boot covers as usual and we’ve asked that they sanitize their hands before and after each visit. Our technicians have been provided with disposable gloves and facemasks that can be worn upon request. How can you help us? Allowing our technicians to wash their hands upon arrival to your home and once their work has been completed would be much appreciated.
Can you still schedule my normal maintenance? Yes, we can schedule your generator, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical maintenance.
Can you still send a technician if I am sick (or someone in my home is)? If you or someone in your household is sick and you have an urgent service need, we may be able to assist remotely! Our technicians have the ability to consult with you in a virtual environment and we will work together to find a solution. Virtual estimates will be provided to our priority members at no charge.
Can we offer anything to protect against COVID-19? There is evidence UV is effective in killing some viruses in the air, and we have always offered in-line UV products (i.e., products that are installed in the air duct system).
We ask that if we have come to your home and someone in the home is later diagnosed with COVID-19, please call or email us to let us know so we can take appropriate measures.
We hope you and all your loved ones are staying safe, comfortable, and healthy during this time.
