    • upload a copy of a voided check; or
    • enter your bank account information.

    If you chose Add or Replace ACH:
    • I authorize Parrish Services to withdraw funds from this account for payment of invoices for authorized services.
    • In the event my account has insufficient funds, I understand and agree that Parrish Services has permission to charge my account an insufficient funds fee in effect at the time of the check submission.
    • This authorization may be withdrawn at any time.
    If you chose Stop ACH:
    • I understand my ACH account information will be deleted and that it may take up to three (3) business days for the change to take effect.
    • If I wish to reinstate ACH, I will need to create a new submission.
    • I remain responsible for any outstanding balances due and will provide an alternative method of payment.
