Right now we're hiring for one entry-level, technical positions that require no previous experience - we'll train!

Pay
  • Training rate is $15-16/hr based on demonstrated skills.
  • Earn $20/hr upon graduation to tech level.
    • Most successful trainees reach this level in 4-8 weeks, but this estimate is not a guarantee.
Work
  • Employees will train in our Manassas office and in the field with experienced technicians in our HVAC, plumbing, or electrical divisions. 
  • Regular workdays are Monday-Friday starting as early as 6:00 am.

Successful applicants must:
  • enjoy helping people and working with others
  • be at least 18 years of age.
  • hold a valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurer ( i.e., no DUI/DWI or reckless driving charges).
  • be able to perform physically demanding work, including working outdoors in hot and cold weather, maneuvering in tight spaces (e.g., attics or crawl spaces), and climbing ladders. 
  • be able to lift 40 lbs unassisted.
  • be able to work regular overtime and, with notice, occasional weekends.
  • pass initial and ongoing drug screening tests to ensure safe operation.
  • agree to submit to a background check. Note a criminal conviction is not a bar to employment. However, technicians work in people's homes and handle money. Relevant convictions may preclude hiring.
  • successfully answer the questions in the application.
  • demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions by completing an online mechanical aptitude assessment (see below) no later than two business days, Monday - Friday,  after being emailed a test link. No preparation is required, and the test can be completed in 25 minutes. **Note: You should use a computer, not a mobile device, to take this test.**
